There are no small security projects—at least none small in importance. No matter what the size of your security project or task, it's important that it's done well, right?

We have done lots of small sized projects (that take days or weeks) and medium sized projects (that take months). The advantage to you is that we bring knowledge from ALL of our project experience, big and small, to your project. That doesn't cost extra.

Working with Vendors

For smaller projects sometimes vendors can provide some of the work that security consultants often do. In that case we help you clearly define the vendor's tasks, and simply provide review and validation of the vendor efforts. This can mitigate the conflict-of-interest potential that a vendor might otherwise have.

Project Approach

Regardless of your project approach, how you start out your project is critical to your project's success. The cost of correcting project mistakes increases as the project goes on. In the planning stage, a planning error is easy to fix. In the design stage, a design error is easy to fix. But discovered near the end of the project, a planning or design error can be extremely costly to correct.

That's why we suggest you get us involved early in the project. That's when the most options are open to you.
