What Do Projects Prove?

If the methods that this article has presented sound like they involve a lot of work, that's because they do.

However, it is actually much less work to do the job right than to do it any other way, but it does require more attention to detail.

One benefit of doing the job right the first time means that you won't have to do it twice.

A close examination of over half a dozen projects in the past two years has proven that there are other major benefits:

Satisfied Customers. Doing the job right means satisfied customers, which is the first ingredient for success.

Profitable Jobs. Doing the job right the first time means lower overall costs and shorter delivery times. That means higher profits, which is the second ingredient for success.

Quality Showplaces. Happy customers are usually more than willing to promote your good work and to show it off by using their facility's system as an example.

Repeat and Referral Business. Showplace quality installations mean repeat and referral business, the best kind of business to get.

Personal Satisfaction. Last but not by any means the least of the benefits is personal satisfaction. Bringing a smile home to your family and friends improves the quality of life and is one of the main reasons to select one profession or career over another in the first place.
