Marc Beningson is a senior design engineer and experienced project manager residing in Passaic, New Jersey, with 20 years of successful experience in IT and electronic systems integration projects including security and communications systems. Marc has an outstanding track record in Division and Operations Management, systems integration, Program/Project Management, technology design, plans specifications and engineering (PSE), space planning and allocation, construction supervision and oversight, system acceptance and verification testing, implementation and transition management. Newark International Airport Building 1, Newark, New Jersey - Technical consulting, project management, design of information technology infrastructure, video and communications systems, landside operations command and control room with links to other airport command and control facilities, police desk and ARFF facilities for new administration building combining reutilization of historic structure and new construction. Newark International, LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy International Airports Traffic Signal Systems New York, New York and Newark, New Jersey - Y2K inventory, assessment, equipment upgrades, compliance testing, and remediation planning for over 60 intersections at major airport facilities. JFK project includes host OS upgrade, workstation hardware and software upgrade, and application software remediation. Ben Gurion International Airport Landside Terminal , Tel Aviv, Israel- Requirements coordination and schematic design of access control, intrusion detection, and CCTV security systems, security control room, Customs and Immigration communications systems for new Landside Terminal in conjunction with development of new Airside Terminal. Cleveland Hopkins International Airport , Cleveland, Ohio- Analysis, recommendations, and design of three new high-technology security screening checkpoints providing high passenger throughput rates at locations permitting sterile flow of connecting passengers among concourses. Honolulu International Airport , Honolulu, Hawaii- Engineering, site installation, custom software development, integration and maintenance of video monitoring and access control system with security command and control center for FAA mandated security systems site-wide, including existing main terminal, air cargo, new Inter-island Terminal and renovated international arrivals area. San Diego International Airport , Lindbergh Field, San Diego, California- FAA Security, FIS Communications and Security, and Checked Baggage Screening Systems for International Gates Expansion Project. San Diego International Airport , Lindbergh Field, San Diego, California- FAA mandated security systems for new IAP terminal building, new Commuter Facility and relocation of airport operations control center; in-depth survey and analysis of site-wide security system and recommendations for upgrades, modifications, and replacement of subsystems; preliminary design and cost analysis of redesigned security systems to address FAA mandated security requirements in a more cost-effective manner. San Diego International Airport , Lindbergh Field, San Diego, California- Construction management and field supervision of installation of first generation FAA mandated security systems with operations control center..
