AnalysisSystem analysis is the process of determining the needs of a feasible system. This is the description of what the system must do to satisfy the user, not how the system will be implemented. When existing systems are being upgraded or replaced, it is vital that the user's needs are clearly and completely identified. This includes those needs that are being satisfied by the current system, and those that are not. The user's needs must be clearly documented in order for sound proposals to be received, and for a successful purchasing decision to be made.
